On the road to Kenora
Lessons meditated upon
#1...I am on a journey  (keep pushing in to God)
#2...I am not in charge.  (How long did it take to find that out!)
#3...God is at work.  He holds the future.
#4...Present our requests and leave them with Him.
#5...Enjoy the journey.  (have a blast).

From Tobermory to Kenora there are no campsites!
Beginning to notice a blurring in my left eye,  will have to see eye Dr when I go home.
The scenery today is very different,  we are now away from the lake and it's flatter ground and forest areas, no use for growing anything.  previously logging was the biggie, now it's stoney ground.  Not many habitations here.
Passed the first time zone. Outside Dryden. 24 @ 11:16 am, then 27 @ 11:02 (new time) sky cleared and sun began to shine.

Sat afternoon we finally crossed the Ontario/Manitoba border @ 2 p.m.  They gave us info about campsites.
Stopped at Pine Tree Campground in Prawda ($15.00 for the night)
Because it was weekend the provincial parks we passed were full.  This one was privately owned, small and no shade.  When we booked in it was hot, hot, hot.  The couple were German and he told us how to find the tent site.  He could have told us to go behind the office, but we were given this big official map and told if we went up the "hill" we had gone too far.  Well we went up the "hill" which was a 6" elevation in the lane way.   We got a chuckle out of that.  It was a hot night. We had leftovers heated on coleman stove.  Our cooler is working pretty good.

I'm posting this Monday night I will have to do the rest of my posts later!  Anyhow we are having a blast!
